Of Nico Kasanda -a.k.a. Docteur Nico- there are unfortunately very few videos. And as far as I know (and please correct me if I am wrong!) there are no commercial dvd's containing footage of the late "Dieu de la guitare".
I had to dig deep into the archives to unearth this one. It's a video of Nico performing in Zaïre (and I am not sure if it is in Kinshasa) with Tabu Ley Rochereau and his Afrisa International orchestra. The image quality is so so, but the sound is OK, - or should I say a fiesta?
