A very short post.
I was really going to post something else.
But in bed with a nasty cold, sweating and feverish, I was haunted by this tune: "Mory", by Number One de Dakar.
Hi Stefan, Thank you for this great post. I'm a big fan of this amazing band! Strangely, there are two different copies of this album. The one that I have(not Eddy'Son)contains six tracks with an alternative version of the song Kery Goro. Fantastic music to listen without moderation, of course!
@Anonymous: You have been jumping to conclusions. I did not write I was suffering from the flu, nor that good music cured my cold (and I am not qualified to make any claims about the common cold being a disease). And my present inactivity on the blogging front is not directly related to the cold I had (still a bit 'sniffly' though...).
After more than 23 years of making radio programmes I am seeking new ways to share my passion for African and Latin music. My intentions are 100% non-commercial.
If any post offends you please email me or report this in a comment.

Get better soon. Great music. Sorry to be pendantic but flu isn't a disease
I apologise. Flu IS a disease.
A senior moment. Get well
